Nine founders, one state, and a club that has never needed an introduction.
California Fenerbahçe Society was founded in 2025 in Los Angeles by nine supporters: Gökhan Armağan, Eren Berber, Özgür Akman, Özgür Gürel, Sedat Bakır, Ogün Ali Tüzer, Cem Karamemiş, Ecesu Erdim and Ahmet Eren Kasap.
The idea was simple. Fenerbahçe supporters have lived in California for decades, watching alone or in twos and threes. There was no permanent structure — no register, no calendar, no address.
There is now. The Society is a registered California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation with bylaws, elected bodies, audited books and a clubhouse in Manhattan Beach.
Our aim is not personal gain. It is to build a community founded on love for Fenerbahçe and on institutional and ethical values.
Everything else — the watch parties, the tournaments, the festival stands, the football school we intend to run — follows from that.
